(45 min) Giso Grimm, Tobias Herzke » Location: Campbell Recital Hall
A software toolbox developed for a concert in which acoustic instruments are amplified and spatially processed in low-delay real-time is described in this article. The spatial image is created in Ambisonics format by a set of dynamic acoustic scene generators which can create periodic spatial trajectories. Parameterization of the trajectories can be selected by a body tracking interface optimized for seated musicians. Application of this toolbox in the field of hearing research is discussed.
