Co-founder of estudiolivre.org, a community and a website devoted to the spread of use, research and documentation of Free Software for multimedia production. In 2004 helped to build the Digital Culture area at the Ministry of Culture where he worked as one of the coordinators until the end of 2006. Co-founder of hacklab, a software development company, working with and publishing free software.
