This article discusses the usage of Csound for live electronics. Embedding Csound as an audio engine in Pd is shown as well as working in CsoundQt for live performance. Typical problems and possible solutions are demonstrated as examples. The pros and contras of both environments are discussed in comparison.

This workshop will demonstrate the use of Csound for live situations in
PD and CsoundQt. It will show features from my paper (Thursday) in more
detail, as well as discussing problems and helping the participants to
get things to run.
The schedule is a major guideline. There is no guarantee events will take place at the announced timeslot.
