Separate CVS

We have realized that building our own "Debian" is 
not feasible: it's much better to use Debian packages
and move all bug fixing there.

OTOH, there are situations in which we might need to
produce our own packages (especially newer versions
of a package because a maintainer is not responsive)

In that case, Debian versioning scheme comes in our help:
we can produce a "DeMuDi" package and have that package
automatically replaced when Debian gets updated.
