Periodic "testing" snapshots

Debian "Testing" (current codename "sarge") is made up
of the packages which have not had > grave bugs in the
last two weeks (modulo exceptions).

Problem: Testing has just undergone a major revamp due to
libc entering it (and dragging zillions of packages with it)

Advantage: Testing is broken, but not as broken as Unstable.
